Back to the kettles

Not really sure what inspired me to make this blog in the first place. I obviously never bothered using it, heh.

Anyway.

I've been at a bit of a stand-still in music making. I've just had a hard time getting around to staying seated at the music computer for longer periods and actually getting something done. It's so much easier to just go do something else.

That being what it is, I'm getting a bit back in the vibe of da soundz and have been fairly active in the 'studio' these past days. mostly just continuing work on the plethora of unfinished tracks I've got lying around. Everytime I listen to them, I wish they were done and ready to be tossed online. But it's so... much... work! Gah.

So, basicly I'm trying to get myself into a routine where I just work a little on the music every day, or every other day. Getting little bits done regularily is better than doing one or two hours work a week. It also somewhat motivates me to keep working on a particular track the next day, knowing that the previous day I actually got it a little further down the road to completion. Now I just need to stick to it '-.-

The first lines in the shiny new blog. I've never blogged before, not sure why I decided to give it a shot now, but here it is.

I'm still working on and off on getting the rest of the website up and working, but there's quite a bit of stuff to do still. There will be lots of new tracks (many of which are actually old, but, new to those that haven't heard them, I guess). Not going to bother scribbling down a whole lot right now, but at some point I reckon I'll get this thing going a bit. We'll see.

So for now, fare thee well, we shall meet again I'm sure, and untill the next time. *woosh*!
